Transforming $1000 into $5000: A Sneaker Botting Journey

Introduction

Hey guys, welcome back to the series where I'm on a mission to turn a thousand dollars into five thousand dollars through sneaker botting and reselling. It's been a while since my last update, but I've been busy focusing on various drops and running my own bot. Now, let me bring you up to speed on where we left off and what's in store for this journey.

Recap: Where We Left Off

Back in January, we kicked off this series by renting a bot called Soul AIO. With Soul AIO, I managed to cop a few sneakers manually and with the help of the bot, including the Nike Bodega Dunk Legend and the Nike Ambush Dunk. However, some of these sneakers didn't fetch profitable resell prices, so I returned them. By episode three, I had managed to sell a Nike Ambush Dunk for a decent profit.

Focusing on Personal Botting

Following episode three, I shifted my focus to personal botting in March. This decision turned out to be rewarding, as I had a great month with significant drops. The highlight was scoring over 20 pairs of Yeezy Ash Pearl 350, each bringing in a profit of around $150 to $200 per pair. While this detour was fruitful, I want to reignite this series and tackle more drops.

Challenges with a Low Budget

One of the challenges I face is the limited budget of a thousand dollars. Given the current market prices for bots, it's becoming increasingly difficult to make significant progress with such a low budget. I'm torn between raising the budget and sticking to the challenge as it is. Should I consider increasing the budget to $1500 or more? I'd love to hear your thoughts on this matter.

Renting vs. Buying a Bot

Another consideration is whether to continue renting a bot or invest in purchasing one. Renting can be a good strategy to start, but it also means not owning the bot and potentially missing out on any long-term value increase. Alternatively, buying a bot comes with its own set of risks and costs. Which strategy should I pursue? I value your input and suggestions, so please share your insights in the comments.

Dealing with Market Manipulation Accusations

Something I want to address is the issue of market manipulation. As fellow YouTuber Josh, the Lucky Botter, experienced, showcasing a bot purchase in a video can inadvertently influence market prices and lead to accusations of manipulation. Neither Josh nor I have any intention of manipulating the market. How do we navigate this dilemma? Should we hold off on revealing bot purchases until after selling sneakers? I'm open to your suggestions and willing to be transparent in addressing this concern.

Seeking Solutions and Suggestions

Apart from the challenges mentioned, I'm eager to hear your ideas for improving this series. If you come across valuable suggestions or comments from other viewers, please upvote them so I can gauge the community's interests and preferences. I genuinely want to continue and enhance this series, making it more engaging and informative for you all.

Sneaker Drops and Shipping Delays

Moving forward, I'm excited about the upcoming sneaker drops in April, May, and June. However, I do anticipate potential delays in releases and shipping due to the ongoing global circumstances. Despite the uncertainty, there's a lot to look forward to, including Jordan Ones, Yeezys, Jordan 13s, and more. I'll do my best to navigate any challenges that arise from delayed drops and shipping issues.

Counting Manual Cops in the Series

To keep things fair and inclusive, I'll continue counting both bot and manual cops in this series. Manual cops, especially when it comes to rare sneakers and adidas confirmed wins, deserve recognition and acknowledgment. By incorporating both aspects, we can showcase different ways of succeeding in the sneaker community.

Exploring Other Ways to Make Money in the Sneaker Community

While the primary focus of this series is sneaker botting, I'm open to exploring other avenues for making money within the sneaker community. This could include investing in sneakers and waiting for their value to appreciate. However, such approaches might require a higher budget than the current thousand dollars. Share your thoughts on incorporating these aspects into the series.

Conclusion

Before wrapping up this update, I want to express my gratitude for your continued support. The goal of this series is to provide an authentic and transparent account of the challenges and realities of sneaker botting in 2021. If you have any suggestions, advice, or thoughts on how I can improve, please let me know. I'm excited to resume this journey and see where it takes us. Stay tuned for the next video!
